We make most of items individually after you order it, so it can take about 1 week to prepare the garment for you.
Shipping to EU countries takes about 1 week or less, to other countries it takes about 2 weeks.
The term of preparing depends on the quantity of orders. We always try to do everything asap and as best as we can.

Shipping Times and Costs
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Lithuanian warehouse.
We cover the delivery costs of your items if your order is above 100€. There are no extra costs at delivery (duties are on us!). If your order value is less than 100€, the delivery charge is 6€
Our shipping pricing is based on 2kg of total parcel weight. If parcel exceeds standard weight additional fees may be applied.
Your parcel will arrive within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) in Europe and 10 days to other locations after you place your order.
You have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different color or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).
We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
For food regulation reasons chocolates and other edibles cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are defective or out of date). Sometimes thinner chocolate bars brake or whiten during the transportation but this does not oblige us to reimburse for the item.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in our store.
When you try on shoes, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged. If you decide that they’re not quite right, please return them in their original shoe bag as it is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging.

1) From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
2) Add the product to your Basket.
3) Once you have finished shopping, click on Basket.
4) Select a shipping method and a payment method.
5) Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
After the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.
Tax Information
For each order we will prepare an invoice. The document will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Please note that once the order has been confirmed there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.
