You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Lithuanian warehouse. We cover the delivery costs of your items if your order is above 100€. There are no extra costs at delivery (duties are on us!). If your order value is less than 100€, the delivery charge is 6€
Our shipping pricing is based on 2kg of total parcel weight. If parcel exceeds standard weight additional fees may be applied.
Your parcel will arrive within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) in Europe and 10 days to other locations after you place your order.
You have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different color or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).
Return and exchange
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally inform us via email@example.com of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. It is not enough to just send the goods back. We will provide you with a model withdrawal form, which you need to fill to proceed with the return.
We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
For food regulation reasons chocolates and other edibles cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are defective or out of date). Sometimes thinner chocolate bars brake or whiten during the transportation but this does not oblige us to reimburse for the item.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in our store.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means: clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains) unworn unwashed
Items returned to us in a non-sell able condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
When you try on shoes, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged. If you decide that they’re not quite right, please return them in their original shoe bag as it is part of the product, with another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging.
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item, and when applicable, whether availability is limited or if it is the last one available in the warehouse. Click on the product image to the right to zoom in and see all of the details.
To make purchases on you do not need to register however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
House of Naive accepts following payment methods:
PayPal. Shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
1) From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product. 2) Add the product to your Basket. 3) Once you have finished shopping, click on Basket. 4) Select a shipping method and a payment method. 5) Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
6) Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay with Paypal”.
7) You will have to login into your personal Paypal account and pay the amount provided.
After the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.
Purchasing on houseofnaive.com is reserved for end consumers. Our prices are inclusive of Lithuanian VAT (21%).
For each order we will prepare an invoice. The document will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that once the order has been confirmed there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.
